Since the CBSE conducts the Board Examinations for Term 2 in 26 other countries, it is not possible to conduct the exam in two shifts and therefore the start time of the Board Examination has been set at 10:30 a.m.
“Despite the fact that the temperature would be a bit higher, the start time of the exam will be at 10:30 a.m. because it will not be possible to start the exam earlier because the exams will be held in 26 more countries than that of India. Similarly, for the same reason, examinations cannot be conducted in two shifts,” the CBSE statement added.
