Today, Kohl’s announced a new associate benefits program that will cover 100% of tuition, books, and other related costs as part of its debt-free education program. The program, powered by Guild Education, the nation’s leading education and development platform, is introduced as part of Kohl’s efforts to provide its associates with comprehensive benefits that help advance career mobility and attract and retain the talent essential to execute Kohl’s strategy to become the most trusted retailer. for the active and relaxed lifestyle.
