THE EASE HEALTHCARE MOBILE APP
Ease Healthcare has officially launched its digital healthcare services and mobile app in the Philippines.
Combining community, education, health tracking and telehealth in one platform, the app aims to empower the Philippines on their sexual, reproductive and menstrual health and wellbeing.
Users can access teleconsultations with leading local healthcare professionals for their various women’s health needs, as well as opt for discreet delivery of medication right to their doorstep within one to two business days within Metro Manila and Antipolo, and three to ten days for the rest of the Philippines.
Ease will also create more in-app community features tailored to the specific needs of Filipino women.
Ease app is available on Google Play and App Store.
GSK TIPS FOR FLU SEASON
GSK recently offered advice on how to prepare for flu season.
These include keeping flu shots up to date, considering social distancing, washing your hands regularly, and keeping the immune system in shape through a healthy diet.
GSK noted that the flu and COVID-19 share many similar symptoms, making it easy to confuse them. The society has advised the public not to panic and always consult a medical professional to ensure they receive proper diagnosis and treatment.
J&J, DOH STRENGTHEN VACCINATION ADVOCACY
The Department of Health, Johnson & Johnson Philippines, University of the Philippines College of Public Health, and SEAMEO TROPMED Philippines have come together to share vaccine resources and address common public fears, hesitations, and misconceptions.
They held a webinar as part of World Immunization Week titled “Kahalagahan sa Pagtutuloy ng Bakuna Para sa Healthy Pilipinas”.
The groups also worked together for an eventful week to strengthen immunization advocacy in the Philippines.
NUE CONCEAL’S CAMOUFLAGE TATTOO
